Travel to the Seeping Ruins ( -1294, 15, -455 ) Copy/waypoint -1294.18, 14.88, -455.39, north of Kunzar's Edge.
Find a ravenous leech((loc|-1145|11|-460)), damage it until it is below 30% health, and use the Thermascope on it. A group of baby leeches will spawn.
Gather a single baby leech.
Return to Hraen Vutha ( -1374, 24, 516 ) Copy/waypoint -1374, 24, 516.
