Captain Ethan from the Far Seas Trading Company Supply Division has requested my assistance to find his missing second in command, Quartermaster Roberta Robbins.

Subject: Requesting your assistance once more
I am writing to request your assistance once again. I recently sent my second in command to investigate a confidential matter within the Company. I have every confidence in her judgement and abilities, but I expected a report from her by now, and I fear that some mishap may have befallen her. I am unfortunately not free to investigate myself, but you have been of great service to the Far Seas Trading Company Supply Division in the past and I feel certain we can count on your resourcefulness and discretion in this case. If you are willing, please try and locate Quartermaster Roberta Robbins and provide her with any assistance she may need.
Quartermaster Robbins was heading to the Tranquil Sea. You may be more familiar with the name of the Isle of Refuge which is located within that region. The Far Seas Trading Company had suspended all sea traffic to that area some years ago, but I have sent instructions to our fleet to permit you to travel there. You may request passage at any mariner's bell. Please send me updates as you learn anything.
