Travel to North Qeynos and have a chat with none other than P.T. Irontoe ( 340, -20, 152 ) Copy/waypoint 340, -20, 152 and apologize for troubling him. He will give you a special coin to grant you entry to the Crow's Resting Place, Thieves Guild.
Go to Crow's Resting Place, Thieves Guild, which is in the Down Below (click on the statue at -144, 0, -74). Talk to Velia Truesight who will assert that the book was lent to her and not stolen. She will eventually return "The House of the Claymore" to you.
