For anyone doing the Wizard epic 1.0 quest "Of Fire and Ice: A Codex in Crisis", these three monsters "a Gorowyn knight sentinel", "a Gorowyn archimage", and "a Gorowyn high priest" were all level 83 or 84. Only "Gorowyn" was capitalized. You do not need to mentor down to get the 4 required drops. The epic drops are fairly common. I got all 4 before I reached the room with the first wall switch in the palace area.
