Smash the snow into this bowl
- Break 9 snowy mounds around Fina's Retreat and gather chunks. Snowy Mounds are large piles of snow with particle effects.
- Each large mound breaks down into three small chunks, so you will only need three large snow mounds.
- Return to Diu -1568, -539, -2340
- Smash your chunks in the bowl next to Diu. Receive festival water.
- Splash 7 othmir villagers using the festival water. Any othmir NPC that doesn't have a speech bubble when moused over will work.
- Return to Diu
