Steps

1. Take the platform to Paineel.
2. Investigate the buildings there:
   • Investigate the large building to the west: Hall of Wizardry ( 1972, -300, 3348 ) Copy/waypoint 1972, -300, 3348
   • Investigate the large building to the southwest: Hall of the Fell Blade ( 1872, -300, 3415 ) Copy/waypoint 1872, -300, 3415
   • Investigate the rooms acessed deep within the Hall of the Fell Blade: Paineel Council Chamber ( 1873, -295, 3470 ) Copy/waypoint 1873, -295, 3470
   • Investigate the area to the south at the bottom of the ramp: Paineel Commons ( 1795, -299, 3457 ) Copy/waypoint 1795, -299, 3457
   • Investigate the area to the south at the top of the ramp: The Mercantile Court ( 1726, -282, 3424 ) Copy/waypoint 1726, -282, 3424
   • Investigate the corridor to the east: The Hall of Necromancy ( 1651, -268, 3228 ) Copy/waypoint 1651, -268, 3228
3. Return to Felice for your reward (right-click on platform and choose Spire Island option).
