Steps

Replace the straps on the broken shield
- Kill toxic water skaters, found in the Greenblood River from Murdunk's Fall to the Temple of Alliz until you get an auto-update.
Examine the shield again.
Gather repair materials for the shield
- Kill Tae Ew Raiders, found south of the Destroyed Druid Ring ( -537,1,902 ) until you get 6 updates. Grouped with a Tae Ew pillager and a Tae Ew infiltrator. 15 minute respawn time.
- Kill thule sattars, found all along the banks of The Anaconda River, until you get an update.
Examine the shield again for the reward.
