- To spawn, look for 'a grouping of seaweed' underwater off Mariner's Island, then clear all the coldwind pikes away from it. A level 14 coldwind pike will spawn (excluding this placeholder, coldwind pikes are level 12-13). After killing the lvl14 pike, A Coldwind Lunker has a chance to spawn. The seaweed can be really hard to see, so killing coldwind pikes indiscriminately also works.
