Go up to The Lyceum of Naar'Yora on the third floor and enter the north alcove, which is protected by a magical barrier, and click on the middle bookcase, second shelf from the bottom ( 0, 57, -45 ) Copy/waypoint 0, 57, -45. To remove the barrier, kill the 1-2 temperamental tomes that are flying around the room.
The barrier can be finicky, and may take several minutes to de-spawn after the tomes are killed. Furthermore, it has been noted that if the barrier does not de-spawn at all, killing all mobs present in the Lyceum may trigger the de-spawn.
If the barrier respawns while the player is still inside the alcove, they will become trapped and the only option is to wait for the tomes to be killed by another player, or teleport out of the dungeon.
This is also the same bookcase used in the quest A Star to Unlock.
