The Nerius spawns are among many other types. A useful tip is to kill all spawns in and around all three camps each time to get more of the type (a Nerius marauder or a Nerius seer) that you want to spawn. This will also spawn the uncommon a Nerius Pirate Captain, a Nerius Scallywag and a Nerius scoundrel for treasure and master chest drops.
